Dr. Brian Barnhart

Dr. Barnhart is in his sixteenth year as Superintendent of Western Springs School District #101 in Western Springs, IL, a 1500 student, pre-K through Grade 8 district in the near-west suburbs of Chicago.

Meet Dr. Barnhart. Previously, Brian was Principal of the McClure Junior High in District 101 for three years, Assistant Superintendent for Instruction and Technology in Holland Springfield School District, a pre-K through Grade 12 district in Holland, Ohio; High School Assistant Principal in Holland Springfield; and a High School math teacher and coach in the Avon Lake City Schools in Avon Lake, Ohio for four years. He is the Immediate Past-President of the national Suburban School Superintendents (SSS) Association.

Brian and his wife Megan are the proud parents of twin high school junior sons, Will and Jack.

As a senior product development specialist in the 3M Consumer Health Care Division, Dr. Langer-Anderson solves real-world health care challenges and works to develop products that help people in pain feel better.

John Henderson

Meet John Henderson. As a senior product development engineer in 3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD), he works to enhance the collision repair process through the development of paint-related products like cups and spray guns. He creates products that reduce the time workers spend cleaning equipment with solvent and the amount of materials wasted per repair, as well as those that help body shops to deliver a shiny, like-new vehicle back to the customer as quickly as possible.
