I have been focusing on many different parts of my project this week, such as experimenting, brainstorming, and the scientist’s notebook.

One thing that I have learned about the scientific process, is that whatever you are doing, something will almost always go wrong. Part of the scientific process is working around these obstacles, understanding them, and learning from them. For example, when I am trying to do tests with my “Lab” assistant, Jessie, (pun intended) some of the time, she does not cooperate. That is one of the many obstacles that I must overcome to succeed in my experiments, and the overall process of my invention.

Although sometimes I run into challenges, I still am having lots of fun and I am learning a lot from this whole experience.
